Binoy is conceiver of the idea called ZeN Solutions. During his stint at Calderys and Foseco, he wanted to have a team which can provide engineering solution to industrial requirement and thus ZeN came into life.

He is hardcore professional and loves his I dotted and T crossed. Never compromises with standards and doesn't allow any deviation in work. Apart from finance and law, he loves gardening and Ayurveda.

Sudhanshu loves Planning & Management. ZeN Raipur is his baby, starting from finding a place for office to making a name in market. Public relation and crisis management is his strength. His experience from Samsung, whirlpool and Narolec, helps the organisation with corporate style of work. Enjoys Indian classical music and good food.
